Customer Support wants to answer all your questions as quickly as possible, but support is not a good resource for questions about your training, business, or third-party software.
We'll process Customer Support requests in the order they are received Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays. Please allow 24-48 business hours for our response
Please do not submit multiple requests regarding the same issue. It only creates confusion and slows down our response time.
