Customer Support wants to answer all your questions as quickly as possible, but support is not a good resource for questions about your training, business, or third-party software.
We'll process those requests Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays.
Please do not submit multiple requests regarding the same issue. It only creates confusion and slows down our response time. Multiple requests put your response at the back of the line.
Please remember account issues cannot be handled via direct messages, especially outside of normal business hours.
